When Cindy is not working she likes to spend her time helping at Animal Rescues.  She has created an event called
Femmes For Fido which she hosts several times a year to raise money to help save the lives of dogs in jeopardy.

Other rescue involvement is with Bialy's Wellness Foundation. The Foundation provides families and rescue organizations with special needs animals (paralyzed, amputees, neurological conditions, etc.) the equipment, medical care, rehabilitative therapy, training, resources and supplies necessary to optimize the quality of life of their wonderful animals.

Business: 773-510-3960

Cindy owned and operated a Farmers Insurance Agency for over 8 years.  She now owns her own Independent Insurance Agency so she can have more than one company to offer her clients.   Cindy has been successful in the Insurance field because she regularly reaches out to thank her clients and acknowledges the support they have given her over the years.  This leads to many referrals which is where she gets most of her clients…by referral.

Relationship building has been pivotal in Cindy’s career, which spans the technology, finance, real estate and insurance industries. At Information Resources, Inc., she provided front-line hardware and software support, increasing customer satisfaction and retention. In sales management positions for real estate firms M. Nack, Rubloff and IMR, she was known for a customized, hands-on approach in her work with clients. In her own insurance agency, she creates package policies to fit each clients' needs and budget to give them peace of mind.

Though Cindy has won many sales and performance awards, she is more comfortable helping others. That’s why she has always sought out mentoring and training opportunities. From internal teams to new entrepreneurs, she has provided the knowledge and inspiration needed for success.

Not only is Cindy a business owner in the community, she also  lives in the neighborhood and has strong community involvement.

Cindy created and hosts a monthly Gay and Gay Friendly Business Networking Lunch ‘n Learn in Andersonville.  Each month she has a professional business speaker talk to the group on a topic that will help them professionally as well as personally. This Group is to give Gay and Gay Friendly Business Professionals the opportunity to build relationships with other like minded Professionals to collaborate, share ideas and help each other GROW their Business and build their Referral Network.

Cindy belongs to many community groups such as the National Association of Professional Women, Female Entrepreneur Association, Solo Founders Unite and Small Businesses Forum.
